Welcome! The Beyond Diversity Resource Center teaches people to internalize the ethics and practices of true respect for cultural differences. Our training techniques instill an understanding of one's own culture and that of others; however, the process does not stop there. Instead, our unique diversity training pushes participants to an emotional awareness of the ways in which cultural differences affect life experiences.
